Delete your Auction Master account

You can delete your Auction Master account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the game (fastest)
- Open Auction Master.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on all devices.
Option 2 — By email (if you can no longer open the game)
Email support@zenflowing.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and include:
- your Player ID (shown in the game under your profile);
- your nickname, and if possible the approximate date you started playing or of your last purchase, so we can confirm the account is yours.
We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and reply to let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your login identifiers (device identifier and any linked third-party account), so the account can no longer be accessed
- Your nickname, avatar and profile
- All coins, gems, memberships, items, collectibles, roles and skins — these are forfeited and not refunded
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and transaction records are kept, no longer linked to your identity, for as long as required for accounting, tax, refunds and fraud prevention (generally up to 7 years).
- Match history that other players took part in may keep the anonymized record of the match.
- Server logs are deleted automatically after a limited period.
Logging in again after deletion creates a brand-new, empty account.
