Terms of Service

Effective date: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Alex Wong, the independent developer of Auction Master (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing or playing Auction Master (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.
• You may not use the Game if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

2. Your account

• The Game creates an account for you automatically when you first play (guest account). Your progress is linked to your device and, if you link one, to a third-party account such as Sign in with Apple or Google (when available).
• Guest accounts are tied to your device. If you uninstall the Game, reset or lose your device without linking a third-party account, your progress may be lost and we may not be able to recover it.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share, sell, buy or transfer accounts.
• Your nickname must not be offensive, misleading, impersonate others, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may change or reset nicknames that break these rules.

3. Virtual items and currency

• The Game contains virtual currency (such as coins and gems) and virtual items (such as in-game items, collectibles, roles, skins and memberships), together “Virtual Items”.
• Virtual Items are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Game. You do not own them, and they have no real-world monetary value.
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or anything of value outside the Game, and may not be sold or transferred to other players or third parties.
• We may change, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items as the Game evolves.
• Some Game content involves random outcomes (for example item boxes). Where random rewards are offered for purchase, the probabilities are shown in the Game.

4. Purchases and refunds

• In-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Refund requests must be made to Apple or Google.
• Except as required by law or by the store’s policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
• EU / UK consumers: when you buy digital content that is delivered immediately, you agree that delivery starts right away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we may remove the corresponding Virtual Items, which may result in a negative balance.
• Memberships (such as monthly cards) give the benefits described in the Game for the stated period. Daily rewards that are not claimed on the day expire.

5. Advertising

The Game offers optional rewarded ads. Rewards are granted only after the ad network confirms the ad was watched. Ad availability may vary and is not guaranteed.

6. Fair play and rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients, or any unauthorized software;
• exploit bugs or errors — please report them to us instead;
• interfere with the servers, other players’ connections, or the Game’s security;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players;
• commit payment fraud, abuse refunds, or use stolen payment methods;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Game, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

7. Suspension and termination

• If you break these Terms, we may issue a warning, remove Virtual Items obtained improperly, or temporarily or permanently suspend your account. Where possible, the Game shows you the reason and the duration of a suspension.
• Suspended accounts are not entitled to a refund of Virtual Items, except where required by law.
• If you believe a suspension is a mistake, contact support@zenflowing.com with your Player ID.

8. Deleting your account

• You can delete your account at any time in the Game: Settings → Delete Account, or as described on the Delete Account page.
• Deletion is immediate and permanent. All Virtual Items, including any unused currency and active memberships, are forfeited and are not refunded.
• Logging in again after deletion creates a new, empty account.

9. Changes to the Game and these Terms

• We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any part of it, including for maintenance. If we permanently shut down the Game, we will give reasonable notice in the Game where possible.
• We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date; significant changes will be notified in the Game. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept them.

10. Intellectual property

The Game and all its content — including software, artwork, characters, text, music and trademarks — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

11. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that your progress or Virtual Items will never be lost due to technical issues. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, Virtual Items or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

14. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game; Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Game; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
